Bauman Integrative Wellness provides tools to cultivate wellness for individuals, organizations and communities. Through its comprehensive five-practice strategy, people learn self-care practices that enable them to recover from chronic stress, mental, physical and social illness.
Our practical, and empowering programs provide a foundation for personal growth and health recovery for schools, agencies, companies, and/or faith based groups. Bauman Wellness provides evidence based curriculum and training for facilitators to create a culture of wellbeing locally and globally.

Nutrition
Nutrition Essentials for Everyone: Eating for Health and Vitality (NEE) is a six lesson program teaching the principles and practices of cooking for health, nutrition and wellness lifestyle.

Bauman Wellness is committed to individual and collective healing through quality education in integrative health. Our content and curriculum are based on five wellness practices: Eating for Health, Joyful Movement, Mindfulness, Healing Relationships and Soulful Service integrated with social emotional arts for creative expression and diverse community collaboration for social justice.
